Your Rights Under the CCPA

• How to Submit Your Request for Information: To access specific information we have about you, please send an email with the subject line “CCPA Request.” Include the following information for identification:

  2. Physical address.
  3. Phone number.
  4. Email address.
  5. Proof of identity (e.g., driver’s license or passport).
  6. A description of which right you wish to exercise.
  We will respond within the timeframe required by law to verify your identity, after which your information will be sent to you electronically. Personal information collected for verification will only be used for that purpose.
• How to Exercise Your Right to Delete Information: You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by sending an email with the subject line “CCPA Right to Request or Delete Information.” Include the following information:

  3. Phone number.
  4. Date of birth.
  5. Proof of identity (e.g., driver’s license or passport).
  6. A description of which right you wish to exercise.
  Once submitted, we will verify your identity within the required timeframe and send your information via electronic format. Any personal information collected for verification will only be used for that purpose.

   6. A description of the right you wish to exercise.
   Once we receive your request, we will respond within two business days to verify your identity. After verification, we will send your information via electronic format. Personal information collected for verification will only be used for that purpose.
10. Note: If you opt-out of the sale of your personal information, we will be unable to assist you in finding loans or other products and services that may interest you through our network partners. To opt back in, please resubmit your request to inform us that you wish to allow the sale of your information to receive products and services.
